How Do I Receive My Rental?
You may per-arrange your rental so that your requested item(s) are at your hotel or residence prior to arrival, or schedule an appointment to have one of our friendly reps meet you personally to deliver your item(s).
What if we are Out N’ About?
We can arrange for your Delivery to come to you… ANYWHERE… in South Beach, for No Additional Charge! Wether you are on the boardwalk, at South Point, Strolling along Ocean Drive, or Enjoying the Shops and Restaurants on Lincoln Road… We will come to you!
How Do I Return My Rental?
We work with most of the Hotels in South Beach, so you can simple leave it with the concierge or Bellman and tell them its for Strollaway… Not in a Hotel? We will schedule a pick time to accommodate your schedule
How Do I Pay?
We accept Cash or all major Credit Cards. You may pre-pay or pay in person
What if I need to Extend my Rental?
We are happy to extend your rental should your plans change. Please contact our company as soon as you know you would like to extend so we are sure to block of the time necessary to accommodate you.
But is Your Equipment Clean?
We use All Natural, Hypoallergenic, Plant Based cleaners on all the Equipment. All Items must pass a “Like-New” inspection before each rental.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation more then 48 hours will qualify for a full refund. For cancellations with less notice, we will issue a 50% refund or 100% credit for a future rental with our company. The choice is yours!
What if I have a problem with My Rental or I am just not Happy with it?
Your satisfaction with your rental is very important to us… if you are not happy with your selection, Please let us know, so we may do our best to rectify the situation. In most cases we can switch out your stroller for little to no cost.
What if I Stain or Damage my rental?
We have a dedicated team of technicians, and expert cleaners. We will do our best to clean any stain your family may leave behind for us. If a stain is just to tough for us, we do have cleaning fee of $35. We stand behind the manufacturers warranty, if the stroller breaks or malfunctions to no fault of yours, we will cover the expense. If the damage is determined intentional or from poor care, then the repair fee would be past on to the customer. You will be notified before any fee is applied
What if I Don’t Return my Rental?
No Problem. Keep it of you like…. but you would have just purchased a used stroller for the Current Retail Price …. Hmmm, Maybe you should just return it 🙂
